It was established in Ankara with the title of Durukan Gıda ve Gerekaç Maddeleri A.Ş.
1998
Hasan Gümüş (the sole partner since 2019) purchased 25% of the company's shares from the founding partners.
2004
The land in Ankara Kazan Palace region was purchased for the purpose of building factories and administrative buildings.
2005
Ankara Kazan Branch and our new storage center have been established.
2007
Our Ankara Central factory has been opened.
2008
Foreign trade department was established.
2010
The title of our company has been changed to Yayla Agro Gıda Sanayi ve Nakliyat A.Ş.

Our Mersin Branch has been established.

Mersin Factory land was purchased.

Mersin factory investment was partially completed and started production.
