Born in 1973 in Kayseri, Yahyalı, GÜMÜŞ completed its primary and secondary education in Mersin and its high school education in Kayseri. Hasan Gümüş, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yayla Agro Gıda, graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration in 1996, and completed his master's degree in Agricultural Economics at Trakya University. Hasan GÜMÜŞ has been the Chairman of the Board of Yayla Agro Gıda since 1996.

Hasan GÜMÜŞ, Chairman of the Board of Directors, is on the board of directors of OAİB (Central Anatolian Exporters' Unions), UHK (National Grain Council), PAKDER (Agricultural Products Cereal Processing and Packaging Manufacturers Association), PDD (Rice Millers Association), DEİK Sudan, DEİK Senegal, DEİK Indonesia and DEİK Mozambique. In addition, MÜSİAD (Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association) has been the Chairman of the Agricultural Commission in Ankara and the Chairman of the Board of Directors in DEİK Malaysia. GÜMÜŞ, who speaks English well, is married and has 3 children.

He was born in 1983 in Çamlıdere, Ankara. He completed his high school education at Anatolian high school in Yenimahalle. After graduating from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration in 2004, he received the Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor Certificate in 2012. Demirtaş, who started to work in Yayla Agro Gıda in 2006, assumed the duties of Purchasing and Administrative Affairs Manager between 2005-2013 and Marketing Manager between 2013-2017.

Kenan DEMİRTAŞ, who is the founder of different departments of the company, has managed the establishment of the supply chain, making a strategic plan of the company, establishing a R&D Center and Turquality processes. Demirtaş, who is on the Yayla Agro Gıda Executive Board, still continues to serve as the Deputy General Manager he was appointed in 2017. Yayla Agro Gıda Deputy General Manager Kenan DEMİRTAŞ, who is a member of the Board of Directors of PLAT Private Branded Products Manufacturers and Suppliers Association and a member of the Board of Directors of DEİK Tanzania and Sudan Business Councils, is married and has three children. Kenan DEMİRTAŞ speaks good English.

Mr. ÇIBIK who was born in 1969 in Develi/Kayseri completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. He graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1991. Mr. ÇIBIK, who started his career in the real sector in 1992, received the Certified Public Accountant Certificate in 1998. Mr. ÇIBIK, who started his banking career at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası A.Ş. in 1995, took active roles in the Financial and Administrative Affairs Department, Financial Analysis and Intelligence Department, respectively. Mr. ÇIBIK, who served as Gimat Commercial Branch, Ankara Commercial Branch and Başkent Corporate Branch Manager respectively in 2006, served as Ankara Commercial Regional Manager between 2017-2022.

Muzaffer ÇIBIK, who started working at Yayla Agro Gıda in 2022, continues to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors as of March 2023.

He was born in 1967 in Eynesil district of Giresun province. He completed primary school in Eynesil district, secondary school and high school in Trabzon Imam Hatip High School. In 1987, he won the Department of Public Administration at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences. He graduated from the faculty in 1991. In 1992, he won the nomination exam of the Audit Office of the Court of Accounts and started to work as a deputy auditor candidate in the Presidency of the Court of Accounts. Later, he received the title of Chief Auditor. At the end of 2002, he was appointed as the Prime Minister's Consultant. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors of the Soil Crops Office in 2003 and as General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2005. In September 2008, he resigned from his public office and started to work as the general manager of the holding in an agricultural holding that carried out domestic and foreign trade with agriculture, livestock, seed production, and in 2013, he was appointed as the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Meat and Milk Institution, and in 2004, he was appointed as the Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock. In 2015, he was appointed as the Head of Guidance and Inspection in the same ministry. During this period, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of ÇAYKUR. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TARSİM Agricultural Insurance Pool. He kept this duty for 3 years. In 2016, a decree was issued as the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Soil Crops Office for the second time. During the same period, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TMO-TOBB Licensed Warehouse Inc. In 2019, he left his public office and founded his own HR Agricultural International Consultancy company.

He has a sworn-in certified public accountancy certificate and speaks sufficient English. KEMALOĞLU, who has 3 books on legal and financial issues, is married and has 2 children.

Bülent ÖZÜTÜRK was born in 1973 in Merzifon district of Amasya. ÖZÜTÜRK, who completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Samsun, graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of English Business Administration in 1996 and started to work as an expert assistant in the Capital Market Board in the same year. Until 2008, when he left the CMB, he worked as a specialist in the Corporate Investors and Research Departments and as the Vice President of the Corporate Investors Department, respectively. Özütürk, who joined TAV Airports Group in 2008, served as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Finance at Airports Ground Services (Havaş) between 2008-2010. Between 2010-2015, he worked as the Investment Coordinator at TAV Airports Holding and in 2015, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs in Havaş. ÖZÜTÜRK, which served as CNR Holding Finance Director in 2016, has been the general secretary of the Investor Relations Association (TÜYİD) since 2017. It holds Level 3, Corporate Governance Rating, Credit Rating, Real Estate Valuation and Derivative Instruments licenses for Capital Market Activities. ÖZÜTÜRK, who served as the Vice President of DEİK Foreign Investments Business Council between 2013-2015, also has a book called "Best Second Solution- Business Development and Investment Dynamics".
